Alicia Booker is an ICF PCC and NBC-HWC board-certified coach and Coach Training Leader with over 30 years of experience in mental health, leadership development, and human-centered training. She currently serves as Coach Training Manager at Headspace and faculty at The CaPP Institute, where she prepares coaches to lead with presence, integrity, and cultural awareness. Alicia is also the founder of Getting Off the Porch, supporting women through life transitions, and co-founder of Bellissima Luxe Travel, curating transformative global experiences and will be facilitating most of the live coaching sessions.

is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. For 15 years, she lived the high-octane life of a cowgirl—a self-described perfectionist and people-pleaser who said “yes to everything” until her body finally said no. After more than a decade of chronic pain, including five years in and out of a wheelchair, and recovery from eight concussions, she was forced to rebuild from the ground up. Through small, sustainable habits that retrained her brain and body, she didn’t just recover—she transformed her approach to health and life. Today, Chaffin helps others bridge the gap between medical advice and real life, building heart-healthy habits that truly stick.

Dr. Sagesse is passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare and the community through culturally relevant, accessible education. Lauren D’Andria Williams is an Atlanta native, breathwork facilitator, and wellness practitioner with over 11 years of yoga practice and 5 years of teaching experience. She has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and integrates breathwork, meditation, and somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation and stress management. A single mother of one, she is also a media personality, e-commerce entrepreneur, and content creator, bringing a real-world, relatable approach to helping individuals build sustainable tools for emotional resilience and well-being.

Dr. Karla Booker is a physician, educator, and nationally recognized advocate for women’s health and wellness. A graduate of Hampton University and Meharry Medical College, she has completed residencies in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Family Medicine, and has spent decades serving communities across the country—including as Department Chair at Southside Medical Center and faculty at Morehouse School of Medicine. Now practicing Urgent Care with Wellstar Health System, Dr. Booker is also a #1 bestselling author of 71 Days: A Caregiver’s Guide, inspired by her personal journey through caregiving and loss.
